What materials are used in HYOU Fine Jewelry?
We exclusively use ethically sourced 14k and 18k solid gold, as well as premium sterling silver. All our gemstones and diamonds are conflict-free and hand-selected for their brilliance.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their pieces sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and engraved jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend visiting our Size Guide page which features a printable sizer. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for the most comfortable fit.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every HYOU piece comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, loss, or accidental damage.
