At HYOU Fine Jewelry, we want you to cherish your pieces forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return due to their bespoke nature.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it remains secure during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
